Shipping (In and Out of Canada)

Our processing time is between 1 and 3 days.

We use Canada Post.

Yes, we ship internationally.

Our international customers are responsible for all customs charges and/or duties (including vat and taxes).

To facilitate smooth shipping, remember to add your contact number.

Exchanges and Refunds

Exchange (Item Shipped)

Need to exchange a purchase that has already been delivered? Not a problem. Contact us to let us know your wish to exchange your purchase. Ship the purchase back to us within 7 days of your receiving it. Once the purchase has successfully been returned, we will send you an e-gift card matching the amount of the purchase for your future use.

Exchange (Local Purchase)

Changed your mind or have a well-intentioned but ill-fitting gift? Bring your purchase back to our shop within 7 days of reception and pick out something else; alternatively if you are in a rush or fail to see something leaping from the racks, get store credit for future use.

Item Condition

The vintage clothing and accessories we list is cleaned and repaired (unless otherwise noted) and in excellent condition.

We aim to provide all of our vintage in excellent condition (again, repairing where needed). Any obvious flaws will be noted in the item's description. That said, expect items to be used, worn and pre-loved (but wearable!).

If an item is listed as distressed, it has major signs of wear (holes, fading, paint marks, stains, etc.) that are part of its distinctiveness and highlights a reason why we are enthralled; we wouldn't post it if we didn't love it!

If an item is listed with patina, this means the item has an appearance of natural fading, aging and wear, like a pair of worn-in cowboy jeans.
